Frequently asked questions

Everything about our MCA data, ordering, delivery and compliance.

About the data

What is MCA data?

Merchant cash advance (MCA) data is contact and business information for owners who are actively looking for working capital. Each record includes business details, contact information and funding needs, and full submissions also include financial documents such as bank statements.

What is the difference between fresh, aged and full submissions?

Fresh MCA data is 0 to 48 hours old and suits same-day calling. Aged MCA data is 30 to 180 days old and suits lower-cost email and SMS follow-up. Full submissions are complete applications with financials and bank statements, ready to underwrite.

Can I target specific industries or states?

Yes. You can filter by state, industry, monthly revenue, funding amount, time in business and business type.

Is the data exclusive?

We offer exclusive records that are never resold, as well as standard batches that may be shared with a limited number of buyers. Ask for exclusive data when you request a quote.

Ordering and pricing

Why is pricing not listed?

Price depends on the data type, your filters, volume and how often you order. Request a quote and we will send exact pricing based on live inventory.

Can I try the data first?

Yes. Request a free sample batch matched to your criteria. It uses the same fields and format as a paid order.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order size depends on the data type. Your quote will show the options available for your filters.

Delivery

How is data delivered?

By CSV download, API or direct sync into your CRM.

How fast is delivery?

Fresh records are delivered within hours of the funding inquiry. Standing orders can be set up as a weekly or daily feed.

Quality and compliance

What if a record is bad?

If a record has a disconnected phone, a bounced email or a closed business, report it within the guarantee window and we will replace it at no cost.

How is consent collected?

All records come from proper opt-in methods. Opt-in details are available on request for your compliance team.

Am I responsible for compliance when I contact merchants?

Yes. Buyers must follow TCPA, Do Not Call and state telemarketing rules in their own outreach.
